This indulgent and easy no churn chocolate oreo ice cream is the perfect chocolate treat for summer! Made with just 5 ingredients!

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 16-20 Oreo cookies, crumbled

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Line a standard size 1 pound loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. 2In a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until medium stiff peaks form.
  3. 3In a separate bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt. Mix well until completely combined and no clumps of cocoa powder remain.
  4. 4Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and use a rubber spatula to fold everything together gently. Do not over mix, as this can cause the whipped cream to deflate.
  5. 5Last, fold in the Oreo cookie crumbles, leaving a few out to crumble on top. Transfer the ice cream to the prepared pan and shape into an even layer. If desired, top with more Oreos.
  6. 6Freeze for at least 12 hours before serving!
