📝 Ingredients
- 2-3 cups Bok Choy (Cleaned, Chopped)
- 1 Large Onion Chopped
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Salt as needed
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Thoroughly clean the Bok Choy multiple times in running water to remove all the dirt, discard any yellowish leaves and chop them into large chunks.
- 2In a thick bottomed pan heat sesame oil. Add finely chopped garlic and fry for 10-20 secs.
- 3Next add chopped onions and fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame.
- 4As the onions begin to turn translucent, add chopped bok choy.
- 5In 2-3 mins, they begin to wilt. Add soy sauce, salt and red chilli flakes.
- 6Cook for another 2-3 mins when the white ends of the bok choy begin turn translucent and shiny, remove from heat.
- 7Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
