This Garlic Chilli Crisp Prawn Pasta is a spicy aglio e olio–style dish made with juicy prawns, chilli crisp, lemon and parsley. A quick and flavour-packed pasta recipe ready in under 20 minutes.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Marion’s Kitchen Garlic Chili Crisp
  • 180 g Angle Hair pasta
  • 10-12 medium-sized prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Spring onions, chopped to serve

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Bring a large pot of well-salted water to the boil. Cook the angel hair pasta according to packet instructions until just al dente. Reserve ¼ cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2Heat 4 tbsp of Marion’s Kitchen Garlic Chilli Crisp in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through and lightly golden.
  3. 3Add the soy sauce and toss the prawns to coat evenly. Reduce the heat slightly, then add the drained pasta along with a splash of the reserved pasta water. Toss gently until the pasta is glossy and well coated in the garlic oil.
  4. 4Remove from the heat and add the spring onions and toss once more to combine.
  5. 5Serve immediately.
