These after school snack crackers take just a few minutes to assemble, require no cooking, and are easy enough for kids to make themselves. 📝 Ingredients
- 8 graham crackers (broken into squares)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 small banana (sliced)
- 2 tbsp raspberry or strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 small apple (thinly sliced)
- honey (for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Break the graham crackers into individual squares and arrange them on a plate or serving board.
- 2Spread some of the crackers with peanut butter. Top with sliced bananas or a small spoonful of jam.
- 3Spread another group of crackers with almond butter. Top with thinly sliced apples or drizzle lightly with honey.
