📝 Ingredients

  • 20 beef and horseradish sausages
  • 30 ml MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrated Fonds
  • 30 g plain flour
  • 500 ml of British beer
  • 200 g MAGGI Mashed Potato Flakes, mixed with 1Ltr boiling water
  • Bunch fresh parsley, chopped

  2. 2Toss the sausages in the MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrated Fonds and roast in a hot oven at 180 until cooked (about 25 minutes).
  3. 3Remove the sausages and keep warm.
  4. 4Add the flour to the pan and cook for 1 minute then add the beer.
  5. 5Bring to a simmer and leave to thicken.
  6. 6If needed add some more MAGGI Beef Liquid Concentrated Fonds for flavour, as one of the key benefits of it is that you can add it any time during the cooking process.
  7. 7Mix the MAGGI Mashed Potato Flakes and boiling water, then add the chopped parsley.
  8. 8Serve the sausages on the mash then pour over the gravy.
