📝 Ingredients

  • 2 Italian sub rolls with sesame seeds
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 12 slices thinly sliced hard salami
  • 12 slices deli pepperoni
  • 12 slices capicola
  • 12 slices provolone
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/3 cup pickled banana pepper slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut rolls in half lengthwise.
  2. 2Spread mayonnaise on the bottom of each roll.
  3. 3Top with salami, pepperoni, capicola, provolone, lettuce, onion and peppers, ribboning or folding the meat and cheeses as you stack.
  4. 4Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar; sprinkle with oregano.
  5. 5Replace roll tops.
