If you’re partial to an espresso martini, you’ll love this slushy version on a balmy evening. For a stronger flavour, freeze the coffee in ice cube trays and add directly to the blender to avoid dilution

📝 Ingredients

  • 100 ml strong coffee
  • 4 tsp Coffee Mate Original
  • 1 tsp caster sugar, or to taste
  • 60 ml vodka
  • 30 ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • ice
  • coffee beans, to garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Brew the coffee with the Coffee Mate Original and sugar. Cool and transfer to the fridge.
  2. 2Once chilled, pour into a blender with the vodka, coffee liqueur and 2 handfuls of ice. Blend until smooth, pulsing for 30 seconds at a time, then divide between two martini glasses and garnish with coffee beans.
