- 4 Cloves garlic (thinly sliced)

- 2 Teaspoons yellow mustard seeds

- 2 Cups distilled vinegar (white)
- 2 Cups water
- 2 Tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 Teaspoons granulated sugar
