📝 Ingredients

  • 2 blocks plain ramen (regular or gluten-free)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter (or use vegan butter or olive oil)
  • 3 Tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic chili paste
  • 1 Tablespoon honey (maple syrup for vegan)
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste (or fresh grated ginger)
  • 5 green onions (thinly sliced)
