Caramel croissant pudding is comforting indulgence at it's finest! It's super easy to make and perfect for sharing with someone you love.
📝 Ingredients
- 26cm Oval Cast Iron Dish (Or similar oven proof dish)
- Medium Saucepan
- Wooden Spoon
- 2 x Stale Croissants
- 100 g (1/3 Cup + 1/8 Cup) Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 125 ml (1/2 Cup) Double Cream
- 125 ml (1/2 Cup)Milk
- 2 tbsp Southern Comfort (or any bourbon)
- 2 x Eggs, beaten

- 1Tear the croissants into large pieces and place...: Tear the croissants into large pieces and place them in the dish. Preheat your oven to 180°C/Fan 170°C/356ºF. Place the sugar and water into a saucepan and swill a little to help dissolve the sugar.
