Healthy and delicious, this Sauteed Swiss Chard is super quick and easy to make. Perfect side to your favorite fish with lemony and garlicky flavors.

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (-sliced thinly)
  • 4 cups Swiss Chard (- about 8 stalks)
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest

  1. 1Wash the Swiss Chard thoroughly with water. Separate the stalks with the leaves by cutting with a knife or tearing it with hands.

  3. 3Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute slices of garlic until aromatic and slightly browned.
  4. 4Add the chopped Swiss Chard and stir until completely covered in oil. (See Note 1.)
  5. 5Season with salt and pepper and cook uncovered until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6Add some lemon zest and toss once more. Turn off heat and transfer to a serving dish.
