  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2-3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Oil spray

  1. 1--- Marinate the Chicken: ---
  2. 2Combine the buttermilk, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl. Dip the chicken pieces inside the mixture, ensuring each chicken is covered in the mix. Cover and marinate preferably overnight or at least an hour.
