This rice goes well with any kind of Asian-inspired main dishes! Using fresh ginger is a must, but if you're in a pinch, you could probably get by with 1-2 teaspoons ground ginger.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 3-inch by 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 Tablesoon butter or ghee
- 1 teaspoon coarse Kosher salt
