  • 4 pieces bacon (diced)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 whole chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (minced plus 1 Tablespoon of sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 12 ounces penne pasta (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley (minced)
