Creamy goats cheese is baked on top of tomato chutney and served on top of sweet brioche. This quick and easy dish looks impressive and is our best veggie starter.

📝 Ingredients

  • 6 antipasti marinated onions halved (look for Waitrose or Sacla borretone onions)
  • 2 heaped tsp tomato chutney
  • 100 g soft goat’s cheese
  • olive oil
  • toasted brioche to serve

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Put the onions in the bottom of 2 ramekins and add 1 tsp of chutney to each.
  2. 2Add half of the goat’s cheese to each and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. 3Grill under a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and browned. You need to give this a decent amount of time or the onions won’t warm through serve with the brioche.
