📝 Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pork (I used tenderloin), thinly sliced/shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 inch ginger, julienned
- 2 cups of sliced peppers
- Seasoning: 1/2–1 tbsp Doubanjiang and/or salt, to taste!
