These chicken pitas are so basic but so crazy delicious. A soft warm pita filled with savory well seasoned chicken breast, thick cut tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce mix, tzatziki and some spicy sriracha.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut in to bite size pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, a juicy one, juiced
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cucumbers, chopped
- 2-3 to matoes, chopped
- Spring mix lettuce
- Sriracha
- 6 oz greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 English cucumber, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 c water, warm
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
