📝 Ingredients

  • 1 bunch collard greens (about 6 cups chopped.)
  • 1 lb beef (cooked (optional))
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Saute onions in olive oil on medium heat.
  2. 2Add chopped tomatoes and stir for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add cayenne pepper, bouillon, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4If using beef, add it and stir.
