  • 500-700g of Topside Beef
  • 3 tablespoons of Soy sauce( 2 tablespoons for the marinade, 1 tablespoon to add with the Kankun leaves)
  • 3 tablespoons of Oyster sauce
  • 2 medium Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely sliced
  • 2-3 dry whole red chillies or fresh red chillies
  • 2 tablespoons of Pepper powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons of Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-2 bunches of Kankun leaves
