  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 juice from small lime
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast, (cubed)
  • 1/2 onion (diced)
  • 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 15 oz can black beans, (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  1. 1Add the olive oil, garlic, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime juice to a small blender jar or food processor. Pulse until smooth.
