📝 Ingredients

  • unflavored gelatin 2.00 packet divided use 2 (7-g) envelopes
  • water 1.00 cup cold water
  • evaporated skim milk 1.00 1 (12-oz) can
  • artificial sweetener 1.00 granulated zero-calorie sweetener (such as stevia) divided use 1 tbsp plus 2 tsp
  • vanilla extract 1.00 tsp
  • clementine oranges 1.50 tbsp grated zest of 1 clementine or orange
  • orange juice 1.00 cup orange or clementine juice

  1. 1To make the vanilla cream layer: Sprinkle 1 packet of gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Add the evaporated milk
