📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup zucchini (diced)
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cups grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup half and half (or heavy cream)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  1. 1Bring a large pot of water to boil, cook gnocchi according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
