  • 8 ounces (225 g) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 ounces (225 g) ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 egg
  • 8 sheets #4 phyllo pastry
  • 4 ounces (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • Honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted if desired
