Incredibly tender and delicious, this Slow Cooker Pulled Pork can be used in so many ways. It's really simple to make with minimum effort too!

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 kg pork shoulder
  • 1 large onions (sliced)
  • 350 ml cider
  • 60 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes or powder
  • 5 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice the onion and add it to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the pork shoulder on top of the onions
  2. 2In a jug, whisk together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the pork
  3. 3Cook on low for 9-10 hours
  4. 4After cooking, lift out of the slow cooker and remove the rind and fat. Using two forks, shred the meat
