Candy Bar Pretzel Bites are a perfect Christmas dessert! The sweet and salty combination is practically irresistible. Plus, these would make a cute edible Christmas gift!
📝 Ingredients
- 60 pretzel squares
- 30 mini-sized candy bars or 15 fun-sized candy bars cut in half
- 3 oz white chocolate
- 3 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate
- sprinkles, nuts, toffee bits, etc. to top
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, place down 30 pretzels.
- 2Place a candy bar on each pretzel (I used snickers, milky way, twix, and reeses).
- 3Pop them into the oven for about 3 minutes, or until the candy begins to melt.
- 4Take out of the oven and place a pretzel on each, pressing down slightly,
- 5Put them the fridge for a few minutes while you melt the chocolate.
- 6Over a double broiler, or in the microwave, melt the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate in separate bowls.
- 7Once melted, dip the pretzel bites halfway into the chocolate, drizzle them with chocolate (with a piping bag), or do both. Top with sprinkles or any other toppings.
- 8Allow the chocolate to harden in the fridge, about 10-15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
- 9Enjoy!
