Strawberry Yogurt Sherbet is an easy to make, healthy, quick, cooling, refreshing frozen treat. Add the ingredients in a blender or food processor and sherbet is ready within minutes. And the best part is that no refined sugar is used. I like to use either maple syrup or honey.
📝 Ingredients
- 16 oz frozen strawberries (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Add strawberries, maple syrup, lemon juice and yogurt in a blender.
- 2Blend the mixture till the strawberries are crushed and the mixture is smooth.
- 3Serve the sherbet immediately.
- 4Or transfer the sherbet into a freezable container.
- 5Leave it in the freezer till required.
- 6To serve, remove the strawberry yogurt sherbet from the freezer.
- 7Leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes or less if your kitchen is too hot.
- 8Scoop the sherbet into serving bowls.
- 9Enjoy. Can drizzle some balsamic glaze over the sherbet before serving. Tastes really good.
