- 1 medium head of broccoli ((about 4 cups florets))
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Optional black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cut the broccoli: Remove the woody base of the stem. Cut the head into two halves, then use a knife to cut a “V” around each half.
- 2Pull apart larger pieces with your hands to get medium, bite-sized florets.
- 3Rinse the broccoli in water with a splash of vinegar. Drain well and pat dry with a clean towel.
- 4Transfer broccoli to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- 5Transfer the broccoli to the airfryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- 6Air-fry for 8 - 10 minutes at 390°F (200°C)., shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- 7Take it out and enjoy.
