📝 Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) pork ribs
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1With a sharp knife give a few cuts across the ribs. Place the pork ribs on a baking dish and season with salt, pepper, paprika, chopped garlic and lemon juice. Let marinate about 2 to 3 hours.
  2. 2Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  3. 3Add the margarine cut into pieces to the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Roast until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the ribs with the sauce.
  4. 4Turn off the oven and serve the pork ribs with chips or white rice.
