📝 Ingredients
- 400 grams (14 ounces) ground pork
- 1/2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- A drizzle of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, add the ground pork, salt, breadcrumbs, yellow mustard, chopped garlic, oregano, egg yolk, and pepper. Using your hands, mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined, being careful not to overwork the meat to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
- 2Divide the meat mixture into 6 portions, then use your hands to form burger patties.
- 3Heat a drizzle of vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium-low heat. Once the oil is hot, add the burgers and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, turning once halfway through, until they are golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
- 4Remove from the heat and serve the juicy burgers on buns with cheese and crispy French fries.
