  1. 1Colocar el azúcar en un molinillo de café y comenzar a moler con pulsaciones intermitentes, no continuas.
  2. 2De vez en cuando mover o agitar y continuar moliendo.
  3. 3Moler hasta obtener un polvo, similar a la clásica azúcar glas o impalpable.
