This frozen strawberry piña colada is creamy and tropical, with a blush berry twist! Spike it with rum or serve it as a mocktail.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1" chunks fresh, ripe, juicy pineapple
  • 1 cup quartered fresh, ripe, juicy strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut ((such as Coco Real brand drink mix))
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup white rum, (optional, for a cocktail with alcohol)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • fresh pineapple, strawberries, and lime (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Add fresh pineapple and strawberries to blender carafe, plus pineapple juice, cream of coconut, lime juice, and (optional) rum. Blend on high speed until completely smooth, about 20 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice cubes and process on high speed until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
  3. 3Divide evenly between 2 large glasses or four smaller glasses, and garnish with additional fresh fruit. Enjoy immediately.
