  • 4 pork chops (boneless (1.76 lb | 800 g))
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cup pineapple (11.88 oz | 337 g)
  • 1/4 cup honey (2.02 fluid oz | 60 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons green onions
  • 1/4 cup red dried chili

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pork: Cut pork in 1.5 inch and season with salt, pepper and cornstarch. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Fry pork on each side until brown and no more pink inside. This will take 4-5 minutes. Turn the heat to medium and add pineapple. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. 2Honey Ginger Sauce: In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients. Pour in the pan. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3Remove, garnish with more green onions.
