Crunchy ranch seasoned oyster crackers coated in dill and garlic - a super easy snack mix!

📝 Ingredients

  • 9 oz oyster crackers ((12 cups) 2 bags)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted, or vegetable oil)
  • 1 oz dry ranch mix (1 packet)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Place crackers in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine the melted butter or oil, ranch mix, dill, garlic powder and black pepper. Pour over crackers and toss to coat.
  2. 2--- Oven Method: ---
  3. 3Preheat oven to 275°F. Spread crackers on 2 baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until toasty and oil has been absorbed.
  4. 4Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
  5. 5--- Slow Cooker Method: ---
  6. 6Place coated crackers in crock pot. Cook on LOW for 1 hour. Remove lid and stir. If the crackers still look wet, continue cooking on low with the lid off, stirring occasionally.
  7. 7Remove crackers from pot and allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
