This Teriyaki glazed salmon recipe is a one-pan meal thats easy and delicious! Made with a homemade teriyaki sauce then baked in sheet pan with broccoli and carrots makes for one incredible salmon dinner!
📝 Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of fresh salmon
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 onion
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp water
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cut Salmon into 2" chunks.
- 2Whisk together the Teriyaki sauce ingredients except for the cornstarch and water. Set aside.
- 3Finely grate the onion into a large bowl; add the salmon chunks and half of the teriyaki sauce. Toss until salmon pieces are fully coated; marinade for 30 minutes.
- 4Preheat the oven to 420 degrees F. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil; arrange the fish and veggies pouring the marinade the fish was in over the veggies. Bake for 15 minutes.
- 5Meanwhile in a small saucepan, heat the remaining glaze over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Mix together the cornstarch and water and pour into the teriyaki sauce. Stir until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Glaze salmon fillets before serving and enjoy cold or hot.
