📝 Ingredients

  • 10 eggs (older eggs are easier to peel. older = more than 1 week in the refrigerator)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • pinch garlic powder
  • pinch seasoned salt
  • chopped scallions
  • chopped wiri wiri pepper or scotch bonnet (both are optional)
