30-minute Cajun Shrimp Pasta is creamy and spicy with a hint of garlic. And it's the perfect weeknight meal since it only takes half an hour.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
  • 1 lb spaghetti pasta
  • 4 cups heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1--- Peal and season the shrimp ---
  2. 2Thawing out your shrimp and remove the shells. I like to leave the tail on but you can remove that as well if you want.
  3. 3Then place the raw shrimp in a large bowl and mix it with olive oil, freshly pressed garlic, salt, onion powder, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne (optional).

  9. 9Once the cream comes to a simmer turn the heat off and add in the Parmesan cheese, cooked shrimp, and cooked pasta.
