Frittierte Baby-Tintenfische aus Spanien – puntillitas fritas

Puntillitas fritas, auf Englisch frittierte Baby-Tintenfische, sind im Süden Spaniens sehr beliebt. Obwohl es kein genaues Entstehungsdatum für dieses Gericht gibt, glaubt man, dass Seeleute im 3. Jahrhundert n. Chr. als Erste verschiedene Arten frittierter Fischgerichte einführten. Seitdem sind sie aus der andalusischen Küche nicht mehr wegzudenken.
