  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika ((7g))
  • 1 tsp garlic granules ((3g))
  • 1 tsp onion granules ((2g))
  • 1 tsp parsley ((5g))
  • 1 tsp thyme ((2g))
  • 1/4 tsp dried ginger ((0.5g))
  • 1 tsp black pepper ((2g))
  • 1 1/2 tsp pink salt ((9g))
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce ((1g))
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce ((18g))
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar ((42g))
  • 3 tbsp olive oil ((42g))
  • water ((if needed))

Zubereitung

  1. 1

Combine the smoked paprika, garlic granules, onion, granules, parsley, thyme, ginger, black pepper and pink salt in a small bowl.

  2. 2

In another bowl, add the agave nectar, soy(a) sauce, hot sauce and olive oil and mix.

  3. 3

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl to create a wet rub (add water, a tablespoon at a time, if needed to thin out the paste) .

  4. 4

Place the wings in a large ziplock/sealable bag then pour in the wet rub.

  5. 5

Seal the bag, then shake and massage the bag to thoroughly coat the wings.

  6. 6

    Preheat the air fryer.

  7. 7

Remove the wings from the bag(reserve the residue from the bag) then place in the air fryer basket (you can put them on a liner if you want to). You may need to cook them in batches.

  8. 8

Air fry for 20 minutes at 190C/374F turning them over half way through.

  9. 9

3 minutes before the finishing time, flip the wings over again and coat with the residue liquid from the bag.

  10. 10

Continue to air fry the wings for the remaining 3 minutes.
