Knackige, säuerliche und leicht scharfe chinesische Gurken, eingelegt mit Knoblauch, Ingwer, Chilischoten und Szechuanpfeffer. Diese einfach im Kühlschrank zubereiteten Gurken schmecken erfrischend als Beilage oder Snack und lassen sich auch mit anderen Gerichten anbraten.
