Sommergemüse-Pasta

Dieses sommerliche Nudelgericht verwendet Zucchinispiralen, um den Kohlenhydratgehalt im Vergleich zu herkömmlicher Pasta zu senken. Dieses köstliche Rezept steckt voller Gemüse wie Spargel, Brokkoli und Tomaten und wird mit einer leckeren Zitronensauce abgerundet. Zutaten

- fresh basil 3.00 tbsp thinly sliced
- fresh parsley 2.00 tbsp finely chopped
- lemon juice 0.25 cup
