  • 1 tomato, sliced thin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper, (optional)
