Ein einfaches, bewährtes Rezept für einen buttrigen, knusprigen glutenfreien Blätterteig, für den nur wenige Zutaten benötigt werden. Ich zeige Ihnen, wie er jedes Mal perfekt gelingt.

Zutaten

  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 16 tablespoons (two sticks) frozen unsalted butter, grated
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 egg, for an egg wash (or heavy cream)

Zubereitung
