Sesam-Brokkoli

Zutaten
- 12 ounces broccoli florets (, about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt (, divided)
- 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Zubereitung
- 1
Trim the broccoli heads into florets, saving the stalks for another day.
- 2
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat just until fragrant, stirring often so they don't burn, then transfer to a plate or bowl to cool.
- 3
Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Season with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
- 4
Add the broccoli florets and cook for 1 minute.
- 5
Drain the broccoli and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking (the broccoli should be tender but still have crunch), then move to a medium bowl.
- 6
Drizzle with the toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, toasted sesame seeds, and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- 7
Toss well to coat gently so the tiny broccoli florets don't break apart.
- 8
Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
