Zutaten

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • 1 medium jalapeño (seeded and sliced)

Zubereitung

    Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in your crockpot.

    Add the remaining ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
