Pad Pak (thailändisches Pfannengemüse)

Pad Pak, auch als Pad Pak Thai bekannt, ist eine köstliche und einfache Art, thailändisches Pfannengemüse zu genießen. Perfekt für alle, die mehr Gemüse essen möchten!
Zutaten
- 10 oz Cauliflower Florets (approx. 300g)
- 4 oz Broccoli Florets (approx. 100g)
- 4 oz Green Beans (approx. 100g)
- 1 ea Carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce (ABC brand))
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Stock
- Water (1 tbsp at a time)

1. Prepare the vegetables first. Chop cauliflower, broccoli, carrots into similar sized pieces, and trim the ends of green beans.

2. Make the stir fry sauce by combining all the ingredients for the sauce. Mix well.

3. Heat cooking oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Add broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, and carrots. Saute for 3-4 minutes to get a slightly charred color. Then add one tablespoon of water at a time until they are partially cooked.

4. Add green beans, cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly until the green beans are slightly soft. Add the stir-frying sauce and toss to combine. Take it off the heat and taste it, adjusting the seasoning if necessary. You’re ready to serve Pad Pak Thai with rice or noodles! Enjoy!
