4 portions

Ingrédients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each), skin on
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 g Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Préparation

  1. 1

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. This ensures a better crust. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Brush the salmon fillets on all sides with this mixture.Preheat the airfryer to 200°C for about 3 minutes.Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the airfryer basket. Make sure they don't overlap.Cook the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes at 200°C. The exact time depends on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when the flesh flakes easily.Meanwhile make the yogurt sauce: stir together the Greek yogurt, the lemon juice, the lemon zest, the fresh dill and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.Serve the salmon fillets straight from the airfryer, with the lemon-dill yogurt sauce on the side and some extra dill and lemon slices for garnish.
