  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 5.3 ounces garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese (1 package)
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese

Préparation

  1. 1

Prepare the Chicken: Lay out the thinly sliced chicken breasts on a clean surface and season both sides evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to ensure every bite is flavorful.

  2. 2

Add the Cheese Filling: Spread a generous layer of garlic & fine herbs Boursin cheese over each chicken slice, then sprinkle freshly shredded mozzarella cheese on top to create a rich, creamy filling.

  3. 3

Roll the Chicken: Carefully roll up each chicken slice, starting from one edge, enclosing the cheese filling completely to form tight roll ups.

  4. 4

Cook the Roll Ups: Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and place the chicken roll ups seam side down. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is melted inside.

  5. 5

Serve: Remove from heat, let cool briefly, then slice if desired. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish paired with your favorite sides.
