Po’ boys aux crevettes bang bang
Ce célèbre apéritif est servi en sandwich ! Les crevettes panées au panko sont enrobées de cette sauce réputée pour être à la fois très épicée et crémeuse, puis servies dans un pain hoagie avec de la laitue et de la tomate. Je ne plaisante pas quand je dis que c’est ma façon préférée de manger ces crevettes !
Ingrédients

In a large bowl, stir together the mayoAmount2 tbspIngredient(28 g) mayo, chili sauce, and Sriracha. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator.

In a shallow bowl, add the panko. In another shallow bowl, beat the eggAmount1Ingredientegg.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pat the shrimpAmount8 ozIngredient(227 g) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed dry, then dip each shrimp into the egg, then into the panko to coat. Place the shrimp in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
