Piadina : pain plat italien au jambon de Parme, à la mozzarella et au poivron grillé

La piadina est un pain plat italien que l’on peut garnir en un rien de temps de mozzarella, de jambon de Parme, de poivron grillé et de roquette fraîche. Un repas simple mais savoureux, prêt à servir en quelques minutes.

Ingrédients

  • 2 piadine
  • 1 ball mozzarella or burrata
  • 4 slices Parma ham
  • 1 grilled red pepper
  • A handful of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper and fine sea salt

Préparation

    1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter over medium heat and warm both piadine for 2 minutes on each side.2. Slice the mozzarella into thin rounds and cover one half of the piadina with them. Scatter a handful of arugula on top. Lay 2 slices of Parma ham over the arugula. Cut the grilled pepper into thin strips and place on the ham. Sprinkle a tablespoon of grated Parmesan over the filling and finish with some freshly ground pepper and fine sea salt. Fold the piadina closed and cut it in half. Buon appetito!
