Salade sucrée aux mandarines

Une salade douce, croquante et ensoleillée. Cette salade aux mandarines mêle de la laitue romaine croquante, de l’oignon rouge, des haricots blancs fondants, des haricots verts tendres et des mandarines juteuses, le tout avec une simple vinaigrette au vin blanc.
